is this the racial paragon path for kobolds?

Um.... I'm not sure about all the details, honestly. They told me only as much as I needed to know; they said it should be a kobold who had elements of a blue dragon, including wings and the forehead horn.
They actually used this in the DnD 3.5 book "Races of the Dragon." It's not a 'paragon path' from 4e. It's a feat for Kobolds only, to take at 1st level. All it does is change their type to Dragon, give them some Dragon immunities, and a bonus on their spot checks and darkvision.
But it's still a badass picture. One of my friends,
took this picture and photoshopped it so she had a picture of a Dragonwrought Kobold with elements of a Sand Dragon from Sandstorm instead of the blue and used it as a character picture in one of our games.
