I prefer Konata, Shana, Nagi Sanzenin, Taiga Aisaka, and Louise Francois le Blanc de la Valliere. All short and flat and cute as hell.

Yeah, Google is the best. Louise is from Zero no Tsukaima or The Familiar of Zero. Don't take the name too seriously; Louise is nicknamed Louise the Zero because she can't perform magic like everyone else.
