I wouldn't say perfect...

It looks very nice yes, but I dont think the user journey has been thought through here.

The tabs look like they could be interpreted as steps of the booking process, like bread crumbs. Which might confuse the user.

Also the top tab says estimate form, and yet the secondary tabs say tell and friend and schedule an appointment. Whats that got to do with giving an estimate?

Also the fields at the bottom of the estimate form, dont make any sense to me...

Overall tho, it looks very pleasing to the eye! So top job on that side of things!
