Hmm...Eureka Seven had a very exciting beginning,
but it somehow felt a bit dragged out towards the end.
On the other hand , in my opinion Code Geass had perfect
pacing and built up to a climax that definitely didn't
disappoint. Lelouch dying (or did he? hehe) is rather sad
but...you know, at the very end they really left the interpretation
to the viewers.

True enough. XD I found that the middle part of Eureka Seven was kinda dragged out, yeah, but then the end quickened up nicely.
But to me Code Geass will always be the superior. XD It did have great pacing though, you're right. I know some people think it was a bit too fast-paced, but I dunno, it really worked with the type of series it is.
As for the whole death thing....XDD Well I did lots of reading into it, and yeah you could really go either way, but I personally believe he didn't die. Not because I'm some fangirl in denial (XD) but considering the facts and all, it seems unlikely that he would be dead. I need to find that one article again....there was this like, HUGE essay about it. XD It really was convincing, and it showed how he really could be alive still.
Anyway, I digress. XD
I do like the idea that the ending can be interpreted by the viewers. Plus I'm rather interested to see what this new OVA will be like...and also Code Geass is apparently getting a film adaption, which will be.....interesting, to say the least.

I heard about the OVA too. It's supposed to be a completely
new side story...I'm not sure what to expect. Usually I don't
quite like side stories not to mention it's an OVA. The
characters currently revealed don't look as attractive either.
Well, preconceptions aside, I guess the only thing left to do is to
actually watch it hehe.

Hehe, indeed. :) I'm kinda.....hoping it will be half-decent XD But, y'know, best not get my hopes up in case it turns out to be a fail. D:

Well, here's for hoping. :)
