If you look at the picture technical details (right hand side below the shot) it gives my camera settings. The shutter speed was 1/125 of a second, you don't need a fast shutter speed, the studio flash freezes the action.

So the flash freezes the action that effectively, eh? If I ever start using a camera, I'll have to remember it.
