Actually, the way The (real) Doctor looked at her it was like you could see he desperately wanted to run to her and be the one to kiss her, but knew he had to let her be with the new Doctor. Because no matter how much he loved her, he knew she would be better off without him.

Ok, I'll say this politely. I get that it's your opinion, and I respect your opinion, but you don't need to be that expressive about it on this artwork(your comment at the top); while the artist clearly worked hard. Other people have different opinions than you. I know you hate Rose, but WHY even be here, just to hate? You can't change people's minds about who they love. And Rose is NOTHING at all like Bella. Bella just sat around waiting for Edward and did nothing WHILE Rose did something and tore apart universes to be with the Doctor.
Also RTD and both David and Billie CONFIRMED that the Doctor loved Rose Tyler.

I still respect your opinion, and I hope you respect mine. I love all the companions okay, especially Rose and Donna. I don't hate anyone in the series except for the Daleks. But PLEASE, Rose is just a character, and her story is done. So no need to make a fuss.

And Russel T Davies is just the PERFECT writer... Who NEVER MAKES MISTAKES... The Daleks, Fucking Doctor Hand, and L.I.N.D.A. Are ALL proof of how Davies is absolutely perfect...

But it's not all about her. In Doomsday, if she fell in the void, the Doctor would tear Time and Space just to get to her. The Doctor eventually got over her though.
Rose does have major flaws, all the companions have major flaws, I'll agree to that.
RTD has flaws too, as much of a talented writer as he is, there are some episodes I dispise. (Love and Monsters one of them.) But even Moffat's not a fantastic writer.
The Daleks just annoy me, they show up everywhere.
