This may come a bit late, but you can still buy a perfectly working version for just a few dollars. Original plus expansion. Vista compatible. Patched already. Sold-Out Software sells them on Amazon

Its worth mentioning despite its lateness!!! And yes, yes it is!!! Very few games are as well thought out or as put together as this one!

What amazes me the most are the incredible quotes in this game. Many of them stem from real persons, but who imagined the fictitious ones? How can someone come up with stuff just like that when even the most acclaimed academicians on Earth in past and present hadn't thought of them in their entire lives? That's something I've never been able to grasp

It is without a doubt one of the greatest collection of quotes any game I have ever played has had. It was my first exposure to Fredrick Niche as well! I owe a great deal more to this game then just it keeping me entertained for many years. That is a good question, the ones specifically made for the game actually compliment, if not equal the quotes they have from real life.
