The pic in the frame will stay, it doesn't show your original account pic - xp can't handle big user frames (but they look way better than the small ones...). If you want to change the pic, you will have to modify the logonui.exe with Resource Hacker. I made a collection of big frame user icons ([link]), the pack also contains a guide for resource hacker.
And when you're done modifying the logonui you can just load it into TuneUp, should work without problems.
