3 light-sources:
1. From the staff (which is the bright white-blue you see on her chest, face and shoulder.
2. Backlight, behind her, reflecting on the skin, the background and the staff.
3. Fill light, on her back, to the viewer's right outside the picture.

( Can you tell I do photography too? xD )

But that's pretty much how I did it.
Not all the lighting would be the same in a live-model situation, because I kinda played around with it, but that was the base for it.
