It is a wonderful book. (this was taken from wikipedia.org) Raptor Red is a 1995 fiction novel by paleontologist Robert T. Bakker The book is a third-person account of dinosaurs during the Cretaceous Period, told from the point of view of Raptor Red, a female Utahraptor. Raptor Red features many of Bakker's theories regarding dinosaurs' social habits, intelligence, and the world in which they lived.

The book follows a year in Raptor Red's life as she loses her mate, finds her family, and struggles to survive in a hostile environment.
I have that book! Kinda annoyed me how the author kept bouncing from Raptor Red to what this random critter was thinking, back to Red, then to some other random critter and so on. It was great at first but after a while, I kinda got the feeling he was trying to pad his writing to meed some quota. XD

LOL XD yeah that was annoying but I still think it was a good read despite that. :'> Wish I had a kindle or money so I could get the book since I could only read it from my school library at the time. :'<
