tuff choice, the car alarm is annoying, but the mosquito actually manages to make me turn the lights on at 4am grab a magazine and go hunting,

I gotta say, Extremely highpitch frequencies. But followed closely by The humming of a mosquito or a fly. The latter only when I wanna sleep, whereas the first isn't limited to that time a day. The chalk board is pretty annoying too, but by far not as much as the other 2.
And yes, don't forget about snoring. Doesn't have to be loud actually..
