I'm sure you've seen kids piss in the corner of a tree in those sidewalk trees in busy cities. Would you talk to the parent and tell him that's wrong if you saw the kid doing that? Exactly.

I don't believe I've ever seen that. I'm pretty sure that is frowned upon by the public especially with it being unsanitary.If the child was very young and the parent hadn't noticed them peeing in public, I would be sure to let them know what their child was doing, but I wouldn't tell them how to handle it. Most decent parents would rush to stop their children from peeing in public. People try to teach their children what is right and wrong from an early age, and if those children do the same thing when they get older it will be considered indecent exposure, which can get them labeled as a sex offender (that is less likely if they are a girl though). Again, my points are not about my personal opinion as I don't really care either way, but I still think laws should be applied equally, until the law says otherwise. Perhaps the supreme court should think about making a definite ruling one way or the other, but I don't think it's as a big of a deal as people make it to be.
