Hard to pin down, but somewhere between 14-19 to me.

I cant even really place such a specific vote on this one. Point to make then is that the age is rather undefined, or more so conflicting. Its got a bit of the Kim Possible style going on, so that makes me think late highschool. The large eyes and pupils push more youth which could justify all the way down to your 10under limit. Then she has the full hair and pronounced jawline that can go the opposite, all the way to your 19+. So whatever your really going for, you need to adjust the opposing feature/s. On the other hand you have a character that you can justify as any age.

That's always hard to say. But at a guess. A smaller mouth, with less full lips, and a smaller, perhaps button-ish, nose. And maybe muss the hair a little. Not bed head, but kind of "I can't do a thing with it" kinda hair.
Well she is suppose to look 16ish... so if I lose the lips she'll look too young (gonna just do a top lip, with a a hint of a bottom one). Can't make the nose button-ish cuz of restriction on the character... well.. I might be able to work it in. Oh and your right on with the hair! I was gonna mess it up anyways! She has that kind of wild red wavy/curly hair that is natural and wind blown all the time

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
