By refusing then amy legitimacy it gives the Israeli's and their allies the USA more time to completely wipe out the Palestinians.

:rofl:

The population is growing, not shrinking.

Taller palestinians could be good for their future i suppose.
AJGlass's avatar
If Israel actually wanted the Palestinians completely wiped out, they'd already be gone.
Princess-Amy's avatar
Nah ah they'd still be there, just a little more dead.

Not without the silence from the wider world that we currently have.. The Israeli apartheid state could teach the Third Reich a thing or two about genocide..
AJGlass's avatar
Whoa now, there is NO genocide occurring in the Palestinian territories.
And there is NO comparison between the Third Reich and Israel - not in policies nor in scope.
To say otherwise is to simply lie.
propstoart's avatar
Funny how people perpetrating the crime always claim they are innocent!! Scope is a relative thing.. If you do not know the meaning of genocide - you must look it up - it is the supreme crime. The Israeli state is more sophisticated than the Nazi regime, the killing is slower, more measured, more covert.. The intent of the atrocious socio-economic-political-cultural strangulation is the same and the world's inaction is the identical to that which was witnessed when the Jews were being gassed to death in the heart of Europe..
AJGlass's avatar
If there was genocide occurring in the Palestinian territories then by now, after numerous decades, there would be no Palestinians left - because all of them there would be dead.

"...any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such:

(a) Killing members of the group;
(b) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;
(c) Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;
(d) Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group;
(e) Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group."

— Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, Article 2[3]

If you still do not accept the Israeli practices as genocidal, then my argument is moot!
AJGlass's avatar
OK, your argument is moot.

If Israel really wanted to destroy the Palestinians, they would already be destroyed.

That they still exist where they still exist shows that the Israelis in fact are using a considerable amount of restraint as compared to what they could do to the Palestinians.
