Comment on Disrespectful twats by Babushka-Nipples

Petition the city council to designate a proper zone for the idiots. Its what I'd do, put them off in a skatepen with a policeman or patrol car nearby. Of course upon arrest, I'd have the delinquents dragged before their parents.
