Rise of the Guardians, definitely!! the animation, characters and the story were all overwhelmingly gorgeous, and the music was even better (:

I also enjoyed Brave and How to train your dragon a lot! Yeah, I'm an animation movie freak :D

With the exception of the first one here (denoting my absolute favorite movie), this list is in no particular order: The Dark Knight, A Clockwork Orange, Fight Club, The Godfather, Terminator 2: Judgment Day, Aliens, The Incredibles, Looper, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, The Lord of the Rings Trilogy.

You're breaking the first rule.

No, just kidding bro. It's one of my favorite movies too.

I know I broke the first rule. It pained me to have to do it. I'm sure I'll take a bullet to the back of my skull later, but I just had to say it!

Apart from the very popular ones (LotR, PoC, Disney...) and various Icelandic films that there's no point in mentioning; Willow, The History Boys, Hard Candy, The Joneses, Love Actually, Meet Joe Black, V for Vendetta, Eight below, Blue Hawaii and a bunch of others...

I haven't seen Iron Giant in a long time. What a beautiful movie. Super 8 reminded me of it.
hazeldazel's avatar
Ooh, never seen it. I might have to.
Badgercheese1994's avatar
Oh, it's on Netflix I think. I saw it over the Summer..
hazeldazel's avatar
Yeah I just Googled it, and ordered it from the library.

Oh, it's a good movie. The actors are really good. I don't wanna spoil much, but the supernatural aspect of it DID disappoint me, but the acting and atmosphere are worth it. It feels like a late 70s early 80s kid adventure film. (Think E.T. and the Goonies,)

Ooh, I really liked those films :)
