I definitely know about illastrat, unfortunately. I have no idea who Mask Chan is. Maybe it's best that I don't know.
Considering that she is banned, I cannot help but agree with your point there. Then again, her levels of stupidity and immaturity were far greater than that of !ZurithePersistent.
