You don't have the money to snag a used system and a used cart?
Id have to replay the game all over again and I just dont have the time for that.
But you have time for its more complex successor?
Ive already completed the Unova-only pokedex. So its just a matter of transfering pokemon from gen IV to gen V, but I want to complete the Gen IV pokedex first that way I dont have to bother people for pokemon anymore.
...Aaaand that's one of the many reasons I gave up on Pokemon. Too many of the damned things, and not enough ways to get them. 
Thats why I feel its worth trying and accomplishing. If I didnt think It was worth the trouble, I would have stopped playing Diamond the day Pokemon Black/White came out last year.
I pretty much shelved Diamond the moment Platinum came out.
Im now just down to 2 pokemon....
