Well that seems interesting!
I have a very ambivalent relationship with my older drawings.
There's no way I could "revive" an old drawing by adding ink or marker, so I start from scratch.
Sadly, there's this unwritten rule that when you draw something again it will not breathe life the same way as the first one did, so I guess your technique may be a bit better!
I think I'll give it a try one day and see what happens
