Honestly, just train more and be prepared for the different types that the Elite Four use, which you can find easily on websites like Serebii.net or Bulbapedia.

Sure, I'll do lots of level grinding. I'll search it up on those sites then, thank you~

I don't remember the HGSS Elite Four as much, but I know they're one of the weaker Elite Fours in the Pokemon series (probably because that's the half-way point of the major events in the game), so you won't need to grind *that* much. Plus, you have to travel up to Victory Road and travel through it, so you've got some training opportunities there.

Lance's Dragonites can be a pain in the butt though, so you'll probably want either an Ice Type or teach your Water Type an Ice move to finish them off quickly.

I've had a look at the sites so I know what you mean by a 'half-way point'. It's almost sort of like two games in one, but I'll grind a bit just to be on the safe side, I think. I'll go through Victory Road, if I'm still not high level enough I'll go back and grind.

I think I'll teach an ice move to Poliwrath when/if I get a water stone. Thanks!
