I'd say as long as you're not obnoxious about it (like running around screaming "BRONY PRIDE!!! PROUD TO BE A BRONY!!" or doing that while wearing extensive amounts of MLP paraphernalia, talking about MLP all the time, just being downright annoying about it, etc.), then I have no problem with it. You can be proud, just don't rub it in my face; if it's that much of a problem, maybe you shouldn't be so public about it.

people like that would drive anyone crazy... but because that is the stereotypical brony, its all people think about them... like look at my art posts, most of them are poems, yes there are a few mlp things, but look at the others... people sometimes forget that we have lives other then being a brony.

Yea, I know what you mean: a certain few who act obnoxiously screw up the image of an entire fandom. Those kind of people piss me off like there's no tomorrow! Since you don't seem to be like that(nice poetry btw ;) ), then don't care what other people say, and, like my dad used to tell me, "Do what you feel is real," friend. The societal norms are boring, anyway. Crazy and different's wayyy more fun! :dummy:

there needs to be more people like you in the world that understand how others truly feel... and social norms are too boring.

D'aww geez, I'm sure that there are tons of people out there who understand besides lil' old me ^^; You'll find them; I'm sure of it! :D
(And if you ask me, living up to ridiculous standards is a bunch of BS. I'd rather live how I want to, not try and fit a stupid mold! :la: )
