I just wanted to say that the five Devil May Cry 4 3D renderings of Trish,Dante,Nero, and Lady are absolutely breathtaking and well done. The only exception is that I am not a fan of the reboot and don't find Kat attractive at all or find her that useful. The two women are very sexy and the manner in which they are looking directly at the camera is hard to look away from. The two men are in equally badass stances.

Thank you for the comment! I don't like the reboot either, but you kind of warm up to it if you treat it as a completely different game. And Kat is actually a nice character. The reboot to me, is, not a Devil May Cry game at all. I am hoping Capcom will continue the original series.
It's no biggie. I am always happy to discover new artists who share the same tastes as I do and even if it is not the case then if his/her work is extremely well done I can look past that and respect his/her own take on various franchises. I disagree on Kat being nice but whatever. To each of their own I say. For now I am just happy that the fans stood up for themselves and spoke with their wallets. If it means no more DMC then so be it. This isn't the first time they killed a series I enjoyed.
Thing is I hated the game since it got announced, in the end I stopped caring and then maybe I got tired of hating it. Kat is not the best character, but I like her because she isn't some abomination of classic characters like Dante and Vergil. And the new Dante? With the constant cussing and that attitude, I did not like him in the slightest. There isn't anything devil may Cry about DmC. They developed a game and then slapped the title onto it for sales. I swore to myself I wouldn't waste money on it, but I did play it. The combat was good, but I reckoned that if they had followed the original series, there WOULD have been improvements in combat. I am sick of the new DmC fanboys going like it is a better game and has a better Gameplay than the old games. The point is not every game is a repetition like cod. Sequels have some improvements one way or the other. And it was obviously possible for a dmc5 with better Gameplay that could match the new "dmc" or surpass it.
But nevertheless it is a fun game. Take it as any other game you'd play to kill time, beat it and then forget about it. I am keeping my fingers crossed for a new dmc game that follows the 4th title. With the sales this new one had, who knows? And they keep ruining franchises that we loved as kids, they are not going to stop. And we fans need to stop caring

Interesting point of view I say. While Kat is not based off on anyone (a plus I guess?),she is also an awful representation of Wiccan religion. The sad thing is there is an artist on this site name ElvenAngel who was able to create a female OC for the series that not only makes me curious about said religion but who clearly did her homework on Devil May Cry while adding in her own twist. I hate OCs in general especially in this fandom, but never before have I ever seen anyone put in this much work and effort to convince me that such an OC should become a part of any series. Bonus points for being a redhead which Ninja Theory clearly loves.
If I not challenged or a game has been dumbed down,I immediately lost interest. Prince Of Persia (2008) is a perfect example. 20 minutes into the game when I found out that I could not die or punished,I went right back to Sands Of Time.
So I disagree about the gameplay being good,but I accept that you were able to get some fun out it though for me,Metal Gear Rising will keep me busy.
