I went to school in Maryland, the Maryland Institute College of Art. It's very nice for an art school. I strongly urge you to schedule a tour with the school, because I can say all I want about it but what really counts is when you see it yourself, and what you feel about it then. That was how I ended up deciding to go there anyway.

MICA has some really good professors I admire and respect, a lot of resources in terms of art-related opportunities (exhibit, job, etc) so that you don't feel like you're in an isolated bubble of art school with no idea what future as an artist can be.
