Just remember though, FNaF 2 originally used male pronouns and so did FNaF World.  Scott may have updated FNaF World to include a "she" screen, but remember, the femMangles tried to say that FNaF World wasn't canon and therefore the pronouns didn't matter.  Well, little do they know the same holds true for the female pronouns.  If FNaF World isn't canon, that means that the female pronouns are non-canon as well, leaving only male pronouns officially used for Mangle in FNaF 2. :U

Their logic is a double-edged sword in their fight.  But femMangles have always been that way, they'll pick and choose what they consider canon based on whether or not it supports their side of the argument.  Male pronouns don't support their side, it threatens it, so "nope, it's not canon, it's a mistake, Scott effed up lel."  Too bad that's not how it works. :L

I don't see it as Scott wanting to keep the fandom guessing.  The more I think about it, the more it seems like he only did it to shut the fans up.  Even his boss dialogue was rich with bitterness towards his fanbase.  FNaF World been removed from Steam for updates because of all of the harassment he was getting, so we'll see what happens when it comes back.  But either way, I've settled comfortably into the idea that FNaF World is nothing more than an AU, which has no impact or relevance to the main story or the characters.  We know Mangle is male in the original four FNaF games, and that's all we need.
