Strangely enough the third Pokemon movie was my favorite and not the first two.

That's fine, everypony is entitled to an own opinion.

Well, I thought you would come up with a interesting rebuttal but you are being surprisingly mature about this.
The original versions of all three is better than their American counterparts.
Especially Mewtwo's Strikes Back. Good God! The latter two are better in that regard because they don't butcher too much thankfully.
The first movie was got screw up big time that the two versions aren't even the same movie really. Again, this is only my opinion but if you seen
both versions you would at least agree with me on latter.

Well, yeah, I could come up with some reasons why I prefer the first two movies, but not with reasons why they would be better. After all, the fact that I prefer the first two does not make them better movies. I don't think any Pokemon movie is factually better than another, it's a matter of opinion which you/I/anypony else likes better.

I've seen the movies in Dutch, not in English or Japanese, so I can't really say anything about that.

I haven't seen the Dutch versions of Pokemon. Hopefully that are faithful. Can't say much on the matter.
I really do believe 4kids ruins everything they touch. Pokemon was already a children's program, albeit
not a family program like the late ST wanted but nonetheless, there was no reason to dub down the show even more.
Our version of Mewtwo's Strike Back made the movie almost nonsensical. This is true for every movie later however but keep in mind the
American's version of Anime back in the day weren't always gold due to the mentalities of dubbers back then.

Speaking of which Pokemon movie is better than the other, none of them are really "great" they usually have interesting visuals and settings
I'll admit. Some movies either hit their mark with me or they don't. Most of them don't.

The Dutch dub is similar to the English one, so the differences between Dutch and Japanese versions are the same as the differences between the English and Japanese. I also think 4Kids made too many dub edits, just pointless ones. And they gave PokeShipping a bad name by adding extra hints. The fact that they also deleted some PokeShipping hints is never mentioned by rival shippers, however. Apparently, 4Kids does not understand that dubbers are meant to translate, and not meant to edit content.

Well, I'd say the first two movies are pretty damn awesome, but that's personal bias, and I'm fine with it if others disagree.

That are literally two different movies because of 4kids edits. Anyone who seen both
version can agree with me on this. Those willing to seek out the original version that is.

The first two movies are okay, speaking strictly about the dub most have seen, personally that don't the same thing for me
as they do for you.
