No I didn`t give permission to use that pic.
I allow people to use my comics for references or for making bases. I also allow people to use my OCs for their fanfictions as long as they give credit - BUT I don`t allow others to use commissions I made. Commissions are not fully mine because others have paid for it. I just draw someone others idea and so it belongs more to the one who commissioned me. Otherwise it wouldn`t be fair. Others get everything for free while others need to pay. So all commissions of mine have to be untouched by others.
Do you know her name here on DA? I will contact her. It could be just a mistake of her because of unknowing.

Idk the dA, if they even have one... But they say they talked to you?? Is that a lie? Sounds like it was... And I really don't think it was a misunderstanding... I'm just a bit upset that they have it on another site
