Rightyo, from what I can tell most of the poses are referenced from screenshots. Whilst we do allow some redrawings of panels/scenes they have to be of really really high quality (usually better than the original!).  I noticed things like uneven line weights and a fair amount of white spots showing through on coloured areas. I know traditional art can be tricky but I hope what I said will be useful, keep at it!
