Netflix. It's a love hate relationship. i love the selection. I love the ability to get what movies I want, in what order I want, for as long or short as I want.
I hate how long my current movies take. At $18 a month you'd think I'd get more than three in that month. Wrong. Apparently it takes about 10 days. That's with my mailing the watched DVD and then re-issue of a new movie. Ten freaking days! And you'd think this would concern Netflix. Nope. Apparently they don't care. I wrote them on three occasions about this - after dilligently tracking down their not published contact info, after fruitlessly attempting to use the poorly designed complaint form page on the website - and have yet to hear a reply from anyone about it. Sorry, I used to love ya, but now I have to cancel ya. I have to rent Six Feet under... from Blockbuster.
