Are you guys not accepting new photos? Or am I submitting to the wrong place (featured)? My submission keeps getting declined. If I'm breaking some sort of policy, I apologize.

no your not submitting to the wrong place. Your photo was declined because it probably didnt follow the submission rules and guidelines

I honestly have no idea which guidelines I would have broken. I read them and I saw nothing that applied. I barely did anything with the original image at all and so far as I can tell, there's nothing wrong with the photo.

/shrug

The photo in question is "undercover" one in my gallery if someone can give me feedback, private or otherwise. I'm just honestly baffled.

It may be because you used flash but I'm not sure sure. I did not vote whether it was declined or accepted because i dont remember seeing it, so someone else must have voted on it. I'll see if i can find the person who refused it so they can give you an explanation.

Well, I submitted another with no flash and no filters and it still got rejected, so I have no idea.

Yes, i have found out you cannot use flash. Check out these requirements right here. They go more in depth.

I've read the submission rules and I am still a bit baffled since I think my submission meets all the requirements. That said, I welcome feedback.
