Thanks so much! I'm thrilled that you read and liked my two Dodger fanfictions (Streetlife is still not finished, though!) and thanks for liking the collar Dodger wears! Though it was only temporary for him, Dodger really loved the Foxworths. And he loved living with Oliver, of course. But he also loves being a street dog. What a dilemma! Thanks again.

Oh, no problem. It's nice to meet ANOTHER Dodger fan on here. Hey, since we're both BIG Dodger fans, would you like to be friends? I think we would make awesome friends! I think you're REALLY awesome making that story! Thanks for finally responding! Looks like you've been VERY BUSY! Oh, and if you don't know me yet, my name is Jazz, just like the music. The reason that I like Dodger so much is that he's always cool and laid back, just like me! It's true! I'm cool and laid back just like he is! Is that awesome or what?

PS: That was YOUR Fanfiction.net page? I didn't even know that when I had clicked on it! Anyway, you know when to find me whenever you want to chat. Can we be friends? You'll really like me as a friend! The only thing that I don't like is mean people. I hope that you're friendly because I'll accept NICE people on my profile. Be sure to check out my profile when you have time. I really wished that you had finished Streetlife, but we all get that stupid Writer's Block every now and then, right? What made you stop the story so suddenly? I've had Writer's Block LOADS OF TIMES! I tell you, it drives me absolutely CRAZY!

HeroicDisney's avatar
Absolutely! I just added you to my friends list, so that's done. I'm glad that you love Dodger so much, that's really great. And it's always good to be laid back, keep a positive outlook on life! Being a Dodger fan made me get into Billy Joel music, and let me tell you, Billy Joel is just awesome. You should definitely give his music a listen if you haven't already.

I'm so glad that you really like my fanfictions. On DA, I'm QuestofCamelittle, but on FF, I'm DodgerNYC. I would change the username here on DA, but I think you have to pay money and upgrade to a premium account to do that. Also, I haven't stopped writing Streetlife, and I don't have writer's block (I'm glad I don't, cause I've had it before, and it sucks). The reason I haven't posted Ch. 21 of Streetlife is that I'm also writing a Lion King fanfiction called Legends of the Lion Kings. I stopped writing that story for a while to work on Streetlife, but once I post the next Lion King chapter, I'm gonna get back to writing Streetlife. I try to alternate them so that neither one falls behind the other too much.

Hey, I just did the same thing to you too! I also added you to my Friends List. Yes, I LOVE Dodger. It's true. He's actually my ONLY favorite Disney character of all. Tramp is my second, Angel is my third, Lady is my fourth and Tramp is the fifth. I also like The Lion King and Lion King II and I've seen both movies. I've actually listened to Why Should I Worry like a thousand times. It's my favorite song, especially at the end of Oliver and the Company where everyone sings it. Your fanfictions on Oliver and Company are really GREAT, no, AWESOME, SPLENDID, WONDERFUL and POSITIVELY BEAUTIFUL! Yep, if I'm not mistaken, you need to pay money and upgrade to premium account on DeviantArt to change your username. You know what? You're lucky that you don't have the Writer's Block a lot like I do. It REALLY gets on my nerves and it sucks eggs. I hope that you do good on writing the Lion King. I'll be 'howling' for you to get it done! I'm glad that we're friends now. Aren't you?

Also, did you know that Oliver and Company was made in 1988? Making it the oldest Disney movie ever? And the coolest part is, I was born in the 90s! I think I've visited your page at Fanfiction earlier. I like your username that you had chosen. It's cool. Why did you want Dodger to wear a collar over his bandanna? What made you get that idea?

HeroicDisney's avatar
Yeah, I'm glad we're friends on here! Dodger really is awesome. I do my best to capture his character in Departure and Streetlife, and hopefully adding a bit more to his character as I go along. I too am glad that I don't have writer's block, but if I ever do stop writing a story for a bit (hope that never happens!) then it would probably be because I'm either busy with schoolwork and stuff, or because I need to take time to make what I write as good as I can make it. I want to be sure I write to the best of my abilities!

Oliver & Company is not actually the oldest Disney movie there is. Snow White and the Seven Dwarves, which came out way back in 1937, is the oldest Disney movie (at least, the oldest animated one; they might have an older live-action one I don't know about). Oliver & Company is the 27th animated Disney movie, but it's one of my favorites. My all-time favorite Disney movie will always be The Lion King, followed by Tarzan, and then Oliver & Company. I also love Mulan, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, Lady and the Tramp... and many others!

That looks very great on him. I also noticed that the tag had the place where Dodger had lived on it. That's pretty creative, my friend. VERY creative indeed. But wait a minute...isn't Dodger supposed to leave Jenny's family? And does he keep the collar over his bandanna when he leaves?
HeroicDisney's avatar
In the climax of my Departure story, Rita tore the collar off of Dodger when they fought. So he doesn't have it anymore, sadly. And yeah, Dodger left the Foxworths.
Jazzymusic1991's avatar
Wow...that's sad. Dodger and Rita having a fight...reminds me of real life couples today. If I can remember, Dodger also had a fight with Oliver, am I correct? Wasn't it when he had broke his promise?

My favorite Disney movies, in order, are:

Oliver and Company

Dinosaur

Lady and the Tramp

Lady and the Tramp II: Scamp's Adventure

The Lion King

The Lion King II: Simba's Pride

Mulan

A Bug's Life

I'm sure that you'll come up with many ideas for your Lion King story. If I were you, though, I'd write my ideas in a notebook so that I don't forget what I'm writing about. That's the best way to go, in my opinion. And if you stop writing stories, that'll make me sad...VERY sad. I've made 59 chapters of Sonic Free Riders: Celtic City Riders, which starts AFTER the events of Free Riders. I even made up my own Extreme Gear tournament, the 2013 Lance River Valley, as well as my own Gear. Team Babylon, my MOST FAVORITE Sonic characters, are the main characters in my movie. Actually, Jet the Hawk, who's now voiced by Michael Yurchak, is my most favorite. I really like his brand new voice. Also, I've put Sonic Riders, Zero Gravity and Free Riders together in one large story, but it's a movie. Yeah, I got bored making stories all of the time and made my mind up to make movies in the form of stories. You don't see a person do THAT everyday, huh?

That's great that you're interested in making movies! Have you tried writing screenplays? There's a book in the "For Dummies" series about writing screenplays that I own because I have some interest in writing movies myself. I always find the "For Dummies" books very helpful.

Rest assured, once I get an idea for a story and begin writing that story, I won't ever stop until the story is finished. I just hate the idea of abandoning a story. I am worried I may run out of ideas at some point, but I'll never stop writing.

I see you're a big Sonic fan! Those games are fun to play, and I played Sonic Riders when I was younger (just the first game, never played Zero Gravity). My favorite Sonic character was always Knuckles! He's so cool.
Jazzymusic1991's avatar
Knuckles REALLY didn't like Storm when they had first met! I heard somewhere that Team Babylon, Jet, Wave and Storm, were inspired by the old Gamecube game Sonic Heroes, with Speed, Flight and Power. Yeah, like I said, I wanted to do something that no one has ever done before and movies were the best way to go. Perhaps you should do you Lion King story in a movie like I'm doing mine, The Treasure of the Season. Yeah, please don't stop writing stories! Yes, I LOVE Dodger and I hope that you can get some good ideas to make another Oliver and Company one! I don't like deserting stories as well. You know, it's funny, but people think that Jet and Wave belong together. I don't, because honestly, in the final game, Free Riders, Wave had LIED to Jet about blowing up Sonic's Gear, the Blue Star in Sand Ruins. I don't think that Jet will ever forgive Wave for lying to him. And we all KNOW how someone gets if that person had lied to them. My favorite character is Jet the Hawk, Sonic's new rival. I hope that you come up with new ideas.

And the collar-over-the-bandanna thing was because Dodger became a house dog, adopted by the Foxworth family in my Departure story. I had him wear the collar over his bandanna because I knew Dodger would never, ever take off his bandanna! It's his trademark look.
