the way i deal with it is i pick my arse up off the floor
learn that shit happens
accept its always gonna happen
always find a positive in all things -there always IS at least one
if something doesnt make you happy anymore - it usually means you have grown - spiritually
either look at it from a different perspective
or drop it and choose something else

i got up this morning and fell over !
