how come some badges are no longer publicly available?
Many of those advertising campaigns, celebrations and contests ended a long time ago. It makes no sense that birthdAy '10 and birthdAy '14 are still available but those are still available for some reason. Also many badges are only for the deviantART staff (admins, moderators, alpha testers and other volunteers) so because of that those are not publicly available.
