Alright. I really like that great old one fossil! I can't figure out how you did the color like that. It's the perfect style for the comic I wish I could make(though I'd probably ought to practice a lot first before I really start it).
that one was simple: I set the lineart layer on "multiply", made a gradient for the sky, then added the white on another level and the clouds on another one. That's all! 
Ah, I don't use Photoshop(yet). If only it wasn't so expensive. Oh well! I'll keep this in mind for when I do get it.
