How do you use paint bucket tool on your 1970s Europe Map? I use Paint.Net
I used Gimp back then, I simply just selected the area with Magic Wand tool and pasted the flag inside the selection.
Really? Never thought of that.... I have gimp but I'll try it with Paint.NET
If it has the Wand tool it should work
