This box on the side is where you (at least I do) give comments to the artist on the whole.
If you have anything unrelated to a particular pic that you want to tell the artist, I go here.
Either that or you can go to the Notes function.

You might have figured it out now, but it just means you get updated via DA on what that artist's doing.
I'm sure you would have figured it all out after a while, but I'm just making things a tid bit easier.
With all these buttons and functions DA's scary at first, but you get to work things out after a bit. Just experiment a little.
