It's called Fair Use & Parody, how do you think hundreds of thousands of artists get away with making their living off of fan art in the Artist Alleys of conventions around the world? How do you think half a hundred artists already do this on adagio's site?
But I respect your choice and your decision, just thought it'd be nice to see.
i know it but i one of my design of loki( i draw it with my own styel ) was put down by redbubble because of copyright, so i'm much more cautious now :/
That happened to one of my friends with a Wonder Woman design of hers - got pulled down from Society6. Every so often, they go through and just pull certain designs down and send a Cease and Desist.
Just know that they won't come straight out and sue you - they'll send a cease and desist first to scare you. Know your rights, you're an amazing artist.
