i don't really see a problem with it in all honesty, most of the time i see "evil psycho" OCs, it's mostly made by some moody teen. take it from me, my fursona has had throughout my teen years over 5 "psycho evil" forms, and only ONE of them was made ironically.
a character who's "evil crazy insane" isn't ablest imho because they aren't made to represent mentally ill people.
