LOL there's always someone holding ice cream in the HHA plaza. Sometimes it's a double scoop, sometimes a single. Then there's also those party blowers, bubbles, and balloons
I've never had anyone do that before loool. But I also don't Streetpass that many people, except when I go to anime conventions.
