Yes. You would need to build a font (which everyone viewing it would need) that contains all the glyphs, and then make a plugin for SCIM (Smart Common Input Method, what converts your keyboard input to the other language), which would require understanding of SCIM's architecture. Knowledge of programming languages if a huge (prolly mandatory) plus.

Hey, thanks for the :+devwatch:! And, yes, programs are expensive. I've collected them over many years so it hasn't been that bad on my wallet (though it had it's impact!). Not everything is all that expensive though, for example: DAZ|Studio is *free* [link] and includes some content too. I find it a little buggy (save often), but it's still a good program. Check it out if you want to get started in or just try out 3D figure design.
