Hi there! I hope you don't mind me saying, but a lot of the comparisons I saw are not similar enough to be called "Plagiarization" under US copyright laws. Unfortunately, I don't think they're enough to prove that work is plagiarized.
In fact, I feel like Slapmyface's works look nothing like yours. Some of the costumes and clothes are similar, but if you look around on Deviant Art, there are MANY people who have even greater similarities. The ideas are different enough that they cannot be considered stolen.
This situation means that slapmyface may have simply been inspired by your art rather than is stealing your ideas.
