Below are some places to get yourself noticed and get people to check out your stuff

The Welcome CentreWelcome Centre created by other Deviants to take pressure off DA staff
[link]Thumbshare - this is where you can post any deviation and get people to comment on them in return for commenting on their work. You will find some people will offer free comments which is always good.
There are things on here called DevMeets where deviants from all over the place get together. You can find details of them here [link] you can even arrange your own.
So anyway I'm here on behalf of The Welcome Centre, to let you know that if you need any help or get stuck anywhere on deviantART, we're here to help. We're not deviantART staff, or affiliated with them in any way. We're just ordinary deviants who want to offer impartial help to all deviants.

We keep wondering when we're gonna feel something real Keep waiting for a Santa that'll never come A real party not just people who're faking fun But everything gets erased before it's even said And all that glitters isn't gold when inside it's dead

Open to all mediums. Deadline is March 10, 2010 @ 11:59pm PST.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
To help support the Literature community we hold regular contests. It is an opportunity for you to get involved and gain some exposure. Contest winners will be featured in a news article and a journal entry--as well as other fabulous prizes. Please read this article for more information on how you can participate!
