Comment on Naruto-Oc-Guide's profile

Hello, i was wondering if any one could give me a little when it comes to drawing my character, i've had her in my head for..8 years now and have NEVER been able to get her too look right. No matter how hard i try i can not get the picture to look "Kishimoto-y" i can draw HIS characters fine and can even draw some of them without pics but i cant see to do what so many of you talented people can and get her to look right.

Advice and comments would really help, even a mini tutorial or w/e
