Well, I'm not sure what it is you want to do. If you want to submit work, you use the "submit" button at the top of the page. There are a lot of categories to choose from for where you want your work to show up. Also, if you want to browse, you can go to the front page and select categories to look through, or you can just look through the recently submitted deviations for today. If you have any specific questions, I could help you out more.
