Yes, and you can download as many free trial licenses as you want!
Not if you want to export x or pmx files. Beside's I'm already saving money for it and even I did bought it, I wouldn't be able to make models right away.
then export it to pmd, btw YOU CAN GET A FREE TRIAL LICENSE.
