I will post pictures as it progresses, the real trick will be getting either a voice changer or recording Radec's voice into an output mike in the helmet so I sound like him. Am also working on Black Mask and Deathstroke cosplays from the game Batman Arkham Origins and an Easterling cosplay from Lord of he Rings, busy year. I plan to do a new Killzone cosplay every two years(As it normally takes that long to build and finance). Admiral Orlock was going to be my next one because I LOVE that coat he wears!

Oooh, I love Deathstroke also! His outfit looks neat, but maybe the Mask is the trickiest part.
Also Killzone styles for coats and suits look awesome, Orlock's coat also seems pretty warm. Stahl's tuxedo looks fancy also, but in my case I have some cosplays that I couldn't do due my shedules! Apart from capture trooper project I was also looking for an EVA 01 cosplay, but I just don't have time for an armour cosplay :c

Indeed, Deathstroke is awesome, been my favorite DC character for ages. The mask is almost done, carbon fiber, auto paint and laminate. Foam inserts for cushion and polished leather for the back seal.
Yes the Orlock coat will be pretty cozy once it's done and since I'm stationed in Alaska it will have a practical aspect as well.
Perhaps you can contract some parts of the armor out? I know some great builders I've worked with on some of my cosplays.
