I'm curious, I can create a digimon using another reference, like a random game or anime?
Most designs anyone makes is probably inspired by something or another, so, I don't see why not. But, you must be as original as possible and refrain from copying, tracing, or heavily referencing whatever you choose! Originality is best~!

one more thing... how do I know if my digimon can be accepted, and when I submit, have to be direct in the application or can submit drawings on the sheet itself

Don't worry about it dear, you're no burden at all and it's great to ask alot of questions! Plus, part of our job is to assist when needed and I'm happy being able to help you! c: Anyways, if you want to make sure your digimon complies with the group, just note or comment your design and ask if it's okay! As for your other question, I'm not exactly sure what you're asking...do you mean the digimon? If so, yes, have the drawings on the application and the written part and its requirements filled out. Though, if you carefully look over the journals, I'm sure you'll find the answers you're looking for as well!~
