I keep having issue whenever I delete that commands or add a blank command for it. The model just turned into Mr.Fantastic!

Oh, right, I forgot. Then you have to "neutralize" the bones that aren't rigged to any body parts.
Later, in the parts about joints, insert $jointskip "hairback1"
