I think she's gone to the point where Equine Growth Hormone doesn't do it any more, and you start using Elephant Growth Hormone...

Though, I have to say, out of all the muscle picture of female characters I've seen over the years, this one really gets down making her overly muscled, but at the same time giving her elegance and grace. She's musclebound, but undoubtedly feminine.
Suri Polomare: "Hormones?! How Dare you!" (She begins flexing her giant pectorals/boobs in perfect rhythm, causing her Equestria Games gold medal around her neck to bounce around) "What you're seeing here is 100% pure, unadulterated Polomare!"
(sound of clicking, and she looks down to see her hands being cuffed)
Cop Pony: "Suri Polomare, you're under arrest for illegal doping in the Equestria Games!"
Suri Polomare: (pales and gulps) "Ahh... well. You see, the thing about that is..." (She snaps the cuffs off like paper, shrieks and flees, her feet making deep holes in the ground)

It only gets more chaotic from there when Suri gets back to her secret hideout where she keeps all her hormones and other chemicals that she's used to craft her new body. She's totally pissed off; she blames Rarity for all her misfortunes: first, her fashion career had gone up in smoke or her now she was on the run, her bodybuilding and sports career going down the toilet to boot.
She decides she has nothing else to loose and injects herself with a green vial labelled 'Warning: Do Not Use In Any Circumstances! Never Ever Ever Ever!!!'
Minutes later, Suri Polomare is stomping down the streets of Manehattan, huge craters and fissures forming in the ground, ponies screaming and fleeing for their lives. Suri has turned into a colossal she-hulk, her coat hot pink and purple mane bedraggled. Her muscles and veins bulge and jiggle with every movement, but they do not slow Suri down, who marches on with her teeth clenched and fire in her eyes. She repeats a single mantra in her deep, growling hulk-speak:
"MUST! SMASH! RARITY!!! MUST! SMASH! RARITYYY!!! GRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!"
She decides she has nothing else to loose and injects herself with a green vial labelled 'Warning: Do Not Use In Any Circumstances! Never Ever Ever Ever!!!'

And in Ponyville, we see a message left on the cutie mark map/table: 'Sorry, be out of town for a few days, Discord's asked us to meet some friends of his back home and Celestia suggested it'd be a great way to help him make some more personal connections. Who the hay calls themselves Mothman, anyway? Later - T.S.'
