You have lived a sheltered life and are unable to see the world for what it is. War has saved far more lives then it has taken. Penicillin, canned food, and computers are all inventions that came about because of war. I challenge you to take a look at human nature and history before you start spouting your idealistic nonsense. I am not saying peace would be bad, just impossible for humanity to achieve. Even if one nation were to give up it’s military another would simply come to conquer it while it is weak.
On another note my spelling has nothing to do with my intellect. I am, no matter ho much I hate to admit it, only human and so I am prone to mistakes.

I'll admit that peace isn't entirely acheivable and that there will always be some form of conflict in the world, but I still think that war is taking it to the extreme and that there are better ways to come up with a solution to the world's problems- diplomacy, for instance. Why should people die over something like cultural differences or resources? I don't think people have to die over such things, such differences, and I know I'm not alone in believing that. By the way, what's with all the snarkiness?
