See, you can't really escape from dark abyss of DA. I tried but, as you can see, I'm still here. 
Jokes aside, yeah, the last time we talked DA still had the old logo. For some reason now the logo is a "Z".
When I saw it I was like, "... Zeviantart? What. I'm in the wrong site, or I'm already drunk at 9:00 am." 
So yeah, that's some time. But hey, I decided to be more active from now on. At least I try. I hope we will talk more often, because this time I try to not disappear into mist like a ninja... like I always do.
Hell, why I have to act like a sociopath also on the internet? 
By the way, I don't have any news to tell you about me. I started the "advanced" degree. It's exactly the same of the regular degree. Also the subjects are literally the same. Yay. :I

Well, according to what the designer said, its suppose to be the intersection between the D of Deviant and the A of Art. According to the common sense, its the fucking Z of Zorro.

But hey, you hare studying art, right? I guess that also drawing, when it becames a subject of study, can be tiresome. But I suppose that you choose that field because you have a passion for it, so I think that you will always find the motivation inside you to go ahead. Is more or less what's up for me with psychology. Sometimes I hate it but, at the end, I always love it.

I've stared a while at the logo but the D and the A are no where to be seen.

There is a psychology thing called "Overjustification effect": en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Overjust… , that happens when someone looses their intrinsic motivation because of an extrinsic one. But I don't thing this can be applied to you now.
But fuck all those scientific bullcrap. Do you lost your motivation in space? Then go in space! Easy as that. Just take a shuttle and start an epic interstellar adventure in the dept of the cosmos to find your lost art muse.
Well, this means that art school works. Damn, sometime I wish I went to art school. I wish I had like a superpower that allows me to be in more than one place at the same time, so I could go to university, do art school, learn play an instrument, write fantasy novels, read comics, play videogames, travel around the world, etc.
Maybe also hang out with people. But meh, I dunno. I would not want to overdo.

I do like going to school a lot, because of the people, but barely do anything for school, apart from going there.
Usually I finish everything the day before. Then I don't sleep and drink a lot of energy drink to stay awake
Ah we actually had a class about intrinsic and extrinsic motivation not too long ago. ( Yes we get psychology classes in this school it's pretty interesting actually, but the teacher always ends up talking about our 'libido'. He's a cool guy though. A cool perv. )
Ah speaking of that class. We have to do a presentation about something that doesn't have anything to do with games, art or programming. Some people choose wicked things like: Happyness, Hair, The blues , Street language.
Maybe you know a cool subject that would make a psychology teacher happy? And by the way, he's like 70 years.
Art schools are a fun place. Especially game art, because normal art schools are like : *splatters a line on a canvas and have a sophisticated look* "The straightness and the roughness reflects the way I feel when I think about society. The price is on the low side 44 Million dollars."
